Salt Testing Product - Maintain Proper Salt Levels

Consumer and commercial pool operators must always test the pool water to ensure that all chemicals in the pool are measured and maintained at the proper levels. Besides testing for chlorine and PH levels in a pool, tests should be conducted for the level of salt or sodium chloride in the pool. The levels of salts should be in the range of 400 to 7000 parts per million to avoid any damage or discomfort to the pool and the people using the pool. There is a new salt testing product available on the market which makes the job of measuring the salts level in the pool much easier and a lot less time consuming.

These new salt testing products have reduced the measuring time of sodium chloride down to a short four minutes, which not only saves time for private pool owners and operators, they reduce the errors that sometimes creep in with other products. These measuring products use test strips, which take about four minutes to indicate the test measurement results. There are more and more products such as the sodium chloride test product that are being developed and introduced to the market every day. Customers can take advantage of these great time saving products and maintain their pools in much better shape as a result.

Public pool operators must be ever vigilant to chemical imbalance in their pools. With sodium chloride test strips and other measurement devices that are gradually becoming available on the market, consumers can manage their pool chemical use and avoid sudden growth of algae and other harmful imbalances that will cause discomfort to swimmers. Pool operators can now test for sodium levels once a day, and take no more than four minutes per test.
