Pool Water Clarifiers – Keep Pools Clean

Everyone who has a pool want their pool to be crystal clear with no suspended particulates in the water or settling to the bottom of the pool. Occasionally when there are a lot of people using your pool, or you forgot to add chlorine to the pool, the water will become cloudy. This is caused by the growth of bacteria and also algae and your pool can turn green very rapidly if you do not use a cleaner immediately. Sometimes even with chlorine added at the proper levels to your pool, the water continues to stay cloudy. In this case the bacteria and algae have been killed, but even though they are dead they still cloud the water. Pool water clarifiers may be required to help make water cleaner and return it to that crystal clear condition everyone likes to see.

When a pool water clarifier is added to a cloudy pool, the chemicals in the clarifier will attach to the floating elements in the water. These cleaners get rid of silt, algae, bacteria, suntan oil, minerals and other organic matter. These elements are also typically so small that the typical sand filter that most people have with their backyard pools will not catch them. Cleaners are necessary.

The clarifiers and cleaners will attract these small particles to the clarifier molecules creating a large enough piece of material that the pools filter can now filter them. A few days after the cleaner has been added to the pool, you should backwash and you will also notice your pool is gradually returning to that crystal clear look everyone wants to see.
